Kingston Results Share

During the first term of the SSO campaign at Kingston University there was a reduction of 41,523 kWh of electricity compared with previous years, preventing over 22 tonnes of CO2 from entering the atmosphere. This is equivalent to the energy needed to:

  • Power a an energy saving light bulb for 316 years
  • Make over 1.29million cups of tea
  • Offset 249 person-journeys from London to Manchester 

 

There are a number of sub-competitions going on within halls at Kingston University but the comparison os savings across the five main halls is as follows:

Within Middle MIll and Seething Wells, the blocks are competing against each other to win a VIP night at Oceana. The latest leaderboards for these halls are as follows:
