Overall there was an 2.9% reduction in energy use in October, November and February compared with previous years - saving of 15 tonnes of CO2. This is the equivalent to the amount of energy used to:

• Power a 15 watt energy saving light bulb for 224 years
• Make nearly a million cups of tea
• Fly 177 times from London to Manchester
