Worcester Results Share

Over the first term there was an average decrease in electricity consumption of 13% across all the halls, which means that together you've already saved over 4 tonnes of CO2 from being emitted.  That's the equivalent of the amount of energy used to:

  • power an energy-saving lightbulb for 62 years
  • make over 255,700 cups of tea
  • fly from London to Manchester 49 times!

Avon and Ledbury halls will not be competing in the overall competition as there is no historical energy data available for these halls (but individual residents can still enter the photo competitions!).  We are awaiting data for Sansome, and this will be added to the graph as soon as possible.

Remember, if you want to help your halls get to the top of the table then sign up as an Eco-Power Ranger by joining the "University of Worcester Eco-Power Rangers" Facebook group or by emailing us here with your name and the name of your hall.
