Communal incentives:

The winning hall will receive an end of year party so all residents can celebrate their energy-saving actions in style!

Last year the parties featured steel bands, sumo wrestling, caricaturists, magicians and a BBQ.

Individual incentives:

There is also a range of individual prizes on offer over the course of the year to students from within halls at the University of Warwick.  To maximise your chances of winning, join the University of Warwick Student Switch Off Facebook group or sign up here.

- Those living in halls who sign up to the campaign at Freshers’ Fair will receive a Student Switch Off cotton bag (to help to reduce plastic  bag usage) together with some Ben & Jerry’s merchandise.

- Every week we’re giving away 5 tickets to the Students Union to students signed up as Eco-Power Rangers.

- Throughout the year we we will be running competitions to win amazing water-powered alarm clocks.

- Every month a student will win 3 litres of Ben & Jerry’s ice-cream in the Picture of the Month Competition

- We will be giving away Lush cosmetics as prizes (from the Coventry shop)
